Rhinos
Rhino is short for rhinoceros. Rhinos are big animals. They are one of the biggest animals on the planet.
Rhinos are heavy. An adult rhino is as heavy as a car.
Rhinos live in Africa and Asia. Rhinos in Africa have 2 horns.
Rhinos in Asia can have 1 or 2 horns.
The horns are made of keratin. Keratin is tough – our nails are made of keratin.

Rhinos eat plants. They must eat a lot of plants to give their big bodies the energy they need to move around.
